We then source candidates interviewing the shortlisted few, face to face or via Skype, in order to gauge if their skill set match the brief as well as their personality. A profile for each is then written, so the client can see how the consultant thought a candidate compared to the brief given. Throughout the process our consultants take their time to assess what is the best move for both candidate and client.
