The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with Tier 1–2 Main Contracting experience and a strong background in delivering new build projects. The position is based on a £35m project in Manchester City Centre, where you will take responsibility for internals management on a live scheme. The project is set for handover in late 2026, after which you will move straight onto the next development nearby.

Requirements / Key Skills
• Main Contracting experience
• Internals experience
• Will consider Senior Site Managers with façade & externals experience
• Ideally experienced in delivering new build multi-room schemes (Student Accommodation, BTR, or Hotels)
