About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our growing team and drive success across high-value projects. You will manage projects from tender through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Fully understand contract requirements, tender pricing structure, and strategy.
Develop and execute an effective procurement strategy with the Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS).
Lead subcontractor procurement and ensure timely appointment.
Conduct regular commercial reviews and manage project budgets effectively.
Provide guidance and leadership to the PQS when required.
Review tender project programmes to produce accurate construction schedules.
Implement and manage a thorough snagging process.
Develop and maintain an Information Release Schedule for all stakeholders.
Ensure subcontractors are competent and compliant with CDM Regulations.
Prepare and review CPHSP, securing CDMC approval prior to site work.
Conduct daily safety briefings and coordination meetings on site.
Maintain compliance with health & safety legislation, project H&S files, O&M manuals, and building documentation.
Develop and implement the site quality management plan, ensuring full compliance with procedures.

Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
Experience & Skills
Proven project management experience, preferably in construction.
Strong ability to build positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees.
