About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our growing team and drive success across high-value projects. You will manage projects from tender through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully understand contract requirements, tender pricing structure, and strategy.

  • Develop and execute an effective procurement strategy with the Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS).

  • Lead subcontractor procurement and ensure timely appointment.

  • Conduct regular commercial reviews and manage project budgets effectively.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the PQS when required.

  • Review tender project programmes to produce accurate construction schedules.

  • Implement and manage a thorough snagging process.

  • Develop and maintain an Information Release Schedule for all stakeholders.

  • Ensure subcontractors are competent and compliant with CDM Regulations.

  • Prepare and review CPHSP, securing CDMC approval prior to site work.

  • Conduct daily safety briefings and coordination meetings on site.

  • Maintain compliance with health & safety legislation, project H&S files, O&M manuals, and building documentation.

  • Develop and implement the site quality management plan, ensuring full compliance with procedures.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • CSCS Card

  • Asbestos Awareness

  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)

Experience & Skills

  • Proven project management experience, preferably in construction.

  • Strong ability to build positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees.
