Founded by Executive Director Vanessa Skinner, we’ve evolved from a specialist agency into a trusted name in construction recruitment across the UK. Our deep industry expertise provides invaluable insight, but it’s our commitment to people that truly sets us apart.

Edge Partners is founded with a vision to place people at the heart of its mission.

The company expands by launching Edge Freelance to meet the demand for flexible staffing.

The company is rebranded as Edge Careers Ltd, focussing on Executive, Residential, and Construction.

Edge Careers moves from its Droitwich office to a larger space in Bromsgrove.
