We are working with one of the UK’s most successful privately owned contractors with a turnover of £950m who are looking to recruit a proven Senior Project Manager or Project Director to help deliver a large scale 5 storeys office with a project value of £100m in Barrow- In -Furness.
In the last two decades the business have grown to become a highly established Main Contractor with a turnover of £950m, undertaking major construction projects in the Building, Civils and Rail sectors.
The construction division, which is the one I am working for, has a healthy turnover of £190m covering a wide of sectors: Education, Industrial & Distribution, Leisure, and Commercial in a range of project values from £8m up to £50m.
Role:
They are looking for a strong Senior Project Manager or Project Director, either on a permanent basis or freelancing to take the scheme from Pre-con from their office in Preston for a couple of months then go deliver it as the operational lead on site. Ideally, you will need to have pre-cast frame experience.
