We are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction business for a Contracts Manager to join their north region team. This role will oversee multiple sites and support their regional offices.
About the Region:
Turnover of £17.4 million over the last 3 months
Operating across 30+ active sites
North production team includes 3 Contracts Managers, 2 Associate Directors, and a Construction Director
Supported by a dedicated H&S team (SHE Manager and Advisor) and a commercial team of 13
Candidate Profile:
Strong background in groundworks (essential)
Experience in a similar Contracts Manager role or senior operational/site management position
Proven ability to oversee multiple sites, manage teams, and maintain strong client relationships
