Olivia Finn becomes the latest recruiter to join our dynamic London office.

Olivia Finn - M&E Manager - London

Olivia has worked the majority of her career within sales, initially starting off selling “Spa Days” to unsuspecting targets on the streets of SOHO during University holidays. Following this, Olivia became a Project Manager within the London residential market selling refurbishment packages, initially for a developer for four years and then for her own business for a further three.
Deciding it was time to expand her skill set, Olivia joined a boutique search firm in London, where she spent five years honing her skills as a recruitment consultant specialising in Building Services and heading up their M&E Division.

Working out of our London office, Olivia will be heading up M&E recruitment for the region.

We would like to wish Olivia the best of luck in her new role, where we are sure that she will use her existing skills and experience to become a vital member of the London team.

Chris Buckley is the latest addition to Edge Careers, where he has joined our thriving Freelance team.

We are excited to welcome Chris to Edge Careers, where we are sure our similar experience will be well matched. Chris began his careeer working as an Assistant Site Manager for a bespoke builder, where he spent 10 years on site gaining a robust knowledge of construction.

Following his time on site, Chris joined a merchant as an Area Sales Manager where he built a loyal client base before starting his career in construction recruitment.

Having sat on both sides of the fence, Chris brings a straight-forward and open approach to recruiting and has developed lasting relations with clients, built on trust and commitment.

Outside of work you will find Chris on the golf course hacking away at his handicap.

Outside of work, Sandro is a big sports enthusiast and has been from a young age, his favourite sport being American Football, which he plays competitively for Swindon town.

Oliver (Ollie) seen here on the left, the first of our new starters, gained a Degree in Business Management, before quickly becoming involved in the recruitment industry. Fabio the second of our new starters, seen here on the right, has a passion for sport, studying Sports Science at College and later gained a degree in Law. After finishing his degree, Fabio decided to make the next step in his career and become a Recruitment Consultant.
