After earning a Law degree, Fabio worked for a charity during university breaks and discovered a passion for performance-driven environments, leading him into sales and eventually recruitment.
Now a key part of the Edge team, Fabio supports clients across the Midlands and Yorkshire, sourcing top-tier talent for a range of construction projects, from specialist SMEs to multinational blue-chip companies. Known for his honest, efficient service and ability to build lasting relationships, Fabio has consistently topped Edge’s sales leader board and earned multiple promotions.
Driven by a desire to make a real impact, Fabio takes pride in helping businesses build strong teams and matching candidates with roles where they can thrive.
Outside of work, Fabio enjoys football, skiing, travel, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
