The Business as a group, are currently enjoying a turnover of nearly £200m. The business has progressed quickly over the years and now have a strong reputation across the UK as one of the most successful regional contractors. As a business whole, they are looking to upskill staff and have done so in the last 18 months. This is to combat their new business model of targeting larger projects in excess of £10m.

Property & Maintenance Site Manager
The Property Services division are looking for a Site Manager to join the ever-expanding team. Initially, the role is covering a site manager on sick leave, but if the right person comes forward, then there is a potential to take them on full time & split the work load. The division currently has a strong order book for the next 2 years and the additional site manager will enable them to deliver this work more effectively.

* Planned & Reactive Maintenance, refurb of existing properties
* Commercial & Residential Sectors
* Within an hour’s drive of the Head Office
* Managing directly employed tradesmen & sub-contractors
* Responsible for arranging & coordinating all direct labour as well as appointed sub-contractors 2 ensure work are undertaken safely & on programme.
