Safety, Health & Environment Manager

Our client, a leading residential developer with projects across the West Midlands and Warwickshire, is seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Environment (HSE) Manager to join their Midlands office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting and guiding HSE compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE strategy, policies, and procedures
Provide HSE advice during tender and construction phases
Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with standards
Investigate and report all reportable accidents and occurrences
Share best practice and lessons learned across the region
Support occupational health monitoring as required
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HSE management role
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
Valid driving licence
