The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a new scheme in York. You will lead a team of Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors, supported by a Planner, Design Manager, and a strong supply chain.
Requirements / Key Skills:
Experience with Temporary Works (advantageous)
Engineering background preferred but not essential
Main contracting experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Building Contractor
Strong client-facing skills
Experience in façade remediation (advantageous)
