Senior Quantity Surveyor – Brierley Hill
My client has an excellent working opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team. They are a niche contractor with specific emphasis on the retail fit sector. Employing high calibre staff, the works closely with Blue Chip High Street Client and their stakeholders, where cost, quality, time, safety and environmental constraints are all given the appropriate levels of important and understanding.
They have nationwide framework contracts with numerous high street retailers and look after contracts ranging from scale fit outs from £200k all the way up to full scale fit out remodels to c£15m.
Role:
The role would be predominantly based out of their office in Birmingham 4 days a week with the occasion site visit once a week. You will be reporting to a Commercial Manager and be commercially and contractually responsible managing projects from contract award to final account.
Candidate
You will be an existing QS with experience of working on retail fit out/ interior projects previously. Ideally you will have worked as a PQS and Contractor and have excellent abilities in both pre and Post Contract works.
