Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Consultant

Edge Careers are working closely with a firm of chartered Surveyors who provide cost consultancy services in the Leeds area. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in their Leeds Office for Retail/ Rollout/ Banking projects.
The Role of the Quantity Surveyor
Our client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience of Retail projects and the ability to liaise with clients. You will take responsibility for your own projects and be part of a team of circa 40 people offering Cost Management and Project Management services to their clients.
The Requirements
BSc in Quantity Surveying, or a construction related field, from a recognised university
Circa 3+ years of post-qualification experience within the construction indsutry
Previous experience working with a PQS/ Construction consultancy
Chartered or close to being Chartered
Full UK driving license would be preferred
Eligibility to work and live in the United Kingdom is essential, and living within commuting distance from Leicester is also essential
