My client is the house building division of a group of companies based in the North West.
They create stylish family homes in desirable locations throughout the region.
Project Quantity Surveyor
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the residential sector, working on new build projects.
You will be involved in the entire procurement process, working initially on a 55 unit and a 37 unit site.
On offer is up to £35k+package depending on experience.
