We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to provide strategic leadership across our client's East Midlands operations. This senior role is responsible for driving business growth, delivering high-quality projects safely and on time, and managing client relationships to achieve ambitious company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day regional operations, ensuring multiple projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Full P&L responsibility, managing project finances, audits, and cost centres.

  • Drive growth by securing new work and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing staff.

  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies across all sites.

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies in collaboration with the senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Regional Director with an established main contractor, managing regional turnover of £50m+ and projects up to £20m.

  • Deep knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and commercial, technical, and sales aspects.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

  • Relevant degree in construction/engineering or professional status preferred.

  • Ability to negotiate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
