About Ben
Ben’s career began with a Saturday job at a farm shop in Shropshire, where he learned the value of hard work - whether sweeping paths, manning the till, or counting coins from the honesty box. He later transitioned into recruitment after being headhunted from an advertising sales role and has since played a key part in staffing some incredible projects, including the complete new build of a film studio.
Specialising in the recruitment of fit-out professionals, Ben brings strong communication skills, a talent for new business development, and an unashamed love of singing (terribly) in the car. Motivated by a "work to live" philosophy, he balances his professional drive with a passion for running, Formula 1, and baking - especially enjoying the results of his time in the kitchen.
