Imaan began his career in retail, where he developed strong communication skills while discovering a passion for building relationships. Starting in contract IT recruitment, Imaan quickly proved his ability to deliver results before moving into the construction and M&E sectors. Today, he specialises in placing top talent across main contracting, subcontracting, consultancy, and large-scale commercial and industrial projects. His expertise covers roles in quantity surveying, site and project management, design and pre-construction, mechanical and electrical disciplines, as well as specialist sectors such as fit-out and joinery.
