About Adam
From the age of 10, Adam took on various paper rounds, sometimes completing up to three routes a day to earn extra money. These early experiences instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the value of hard work—rain, wind, or snow never stood in his way.
Originally aspiring to be an estate agent, Adam’s career path took a different turn at 17 when he attended an interview with Edge. With limited knowledge of recruitment at the time, he relied on his natural instincts and quick thinking, soon realising he had found the right fit. Since then, Edge has been the foundation of his professional journey.
Adam has progressed rapidly within the company, taking on managerial responsibilities at a young age. In 2025, he was promoted to Associate Director, a role that recognises his leadership and dedication. He thrives on building strong personal and professional relationships, helping shape careers, and earning trust through consistent, high-quality delivery.
His key strengths include excellent communication skills and determination. Specializing in account management, Adam is passionate about opening new doors, growing accounts, and nurturing lasting partnerships built on trust.
Driven by a commitment to excellence, Adam is motivated by being part of a team recognised as experts in their field. Delivering outstanding results remains central to his approach.
Outside of work, Adam holds a UEFA C coaching license and has recently served as First Team Manager for Littleton Football Club, competing in the football pyramid. He stays active with regular gym sessions and enjoys socialising, whether it’s over a good beer, dining out, or enjoying quality coffee.
