Bromsgrove based, Edge Careers, is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Parker to the position of Associate Director.
Adam joined Edge Careers over 10 years ago as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and has since demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and leadership. Over the past decade, he has played a pivotal role in developing long-term client and candidate relationships, mentoring team members, and consistently delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
In his new role as Associate Director, Adam will continue to lead key initiatives within the business, drive strategic growth, and support the development of emerging talent within the company.

After several successful years in management, I am now fully focusing on my own desk as opposed to the wider business role, with a key focus on both senior executive appointments and general management roles, whilst applying the same honest, strategic approach that’s been central to my work. The title may have changed, but my commitment to clients and candidates is stronger than ever.”
