During the last 15 years,  Alison has gained experience in a variety of working environments.  Having worked mostly in administration, she has also worked in customer service and invoicing roles, giving an insight into how these are linked within a company.  Although she took a brief break to travel,  she returned to a customer service and administrative role with a renowned awarding body,  before joining Edge Careers in her current role.
