Technical Services Manager – London
Client
Our client is one of London’s most exclusive Main Contractors within the interior fit out market. Over the years they have built up an impressive portfolio of successfully completed developments that include high specification Commercial Cat B fit outs and refurbishments.
With a fantastic track record for the delivery of logistically and technically challenging projects they have carved themselves a position within the top ten Fit Out Contractors in London.
Due to a planned programme of works and company expansion our client is looking to take on another TSM into their business.
Requirement: TSM
Basic requirements

* Proven experience on the full duration of fast paced Fit Out projects within London area.
* Recognised qualification in Building Services Engineering /Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Experience in managing and commissioning a variety of building services engineering systems installations within the Fit-Out sector in London
* Experience on fast programmed Fit Out projects in the London market so that you understand the logistical restrictions, time constraints and pressures that you will be under
* Excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to implement systems.
* Competent in Health and Safety management
* You must show longevity within your employment history.
