Site Manager
New build residential
My client is a noted house builder with an excellent reputation for quality and delivery on national basis. They have wide portfolio of projects with a business mix that comprises 1 bed apartments to 5/6 bed detached in the new build speculative market.
They are looking to source and experienced Site Manager for new build developments in the Birmingham area.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for
-
* Day to day management of the site team, driving productivity to reach programme targets
* Advise on Sub-Contract selection and subsequent management
* Ensure all necessary method statements and risk assessments are appropriate and in place in advance of the works
* Ensure all works carried out to required quality standards
* Promote and maintain a safe working which adheres to current legislation
* Attend and participate in meetings as required
Previous experience of leading a residential project in the UK as a No 1 in its entirety is essential. You will also have a valid CSCS, card and be a Qualified First Aider.
