Site Manager- Commercial/ Shed Daventry 10 month contract or Perm
My client is an established national main contractor who predominantly work within the Commercial, Education, health, resi and Retail sectors. They execute a variety of projects including New build, Refurbishment and fit out.
My client is looking for No.1 site manager reporting into a site based Project manager.
They are currently in the market for an experienced Site Manager to take projects from contract award through to handover.
Job Description/Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing or assisting as a number 1 on a £5 million value new build projects from contract award through to final account.
Key responsibilities will include:
Site set up
Site Inductions
Sub-contract Management
Man-management of Operational Site staff
Full operational responsibility of the site
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong communication skills
Be systems orientated
Have experience of large value Sub-contract packages
Have an understanding of M&E
