An opportunity for a Freelance Site Manager has arisen with a privately owned developer to construct Retirement. The company are a specialist in constructing high quality apartments and retirement homes nation wide.
The company are seeking a talented Site Manager from a medium or large main company who has a track record of delivering similar scale projects. The projects range from £5M to£10M and are all traditionally built. As part of the team you would have an Assistant Site Manager reporting to you and be responsible for the successful construction of the Retirement Home to a high quality.
The ideal candidate –
* Experience of overseeing the construction of a project of £5M in value
* Traditional construction experience
* Live within 1.5 hour drive of Eastbourne
* Ability to construct a mid rise care home
* Stable track record working for previous employers
* A current SMSTS & CSCS
* Track record of delivering on time
