Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager to run a £4million educational scheme in Scarborough.
Salary: up to £50k basic
Family Owned Contractor – £80million turnover
The ideal candidate will fit the following criteria and have the ability to excel in the requirements of the job description.
10 years solid track record in delivering contracts over £1m to £10m from commencement to completion as the number one Site Manager, Involved in new build and refurbishment within the following sectors: Commercial building, Factory building, Hospital and Education.

* Location within easy access of our offices, this we would consider inside 50 minutes of travel.
* 10 years solid track record in delivering contracts over £1m to £10m from commencement to completion as the number one Site Manager.
* Career in construction, public and private sectors employed by a Main Contractor.
* Continuous experience with a large regional or national builder.
* Ability to lead
* RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE WOULD BE IDEAL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
