Senior Quantity Surveyor – Oxfordshire
An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to manage a large new build mixed use residential scheme in the Oxfordshire area.
Duties will include:

* Tender enquiries
* Appointment of sub-contractors, preparation of sub-contract orders
* Approving pricing & variations
* Sub- contract payments
* Preparation and submission of monthly cost/value reports and associated documentation
* Settling of accounts
Previous experience in the UK new build residential market is essential, as is experience of a managing either a large scheme or 3/4 schemes at 50 units plus.
