Senior Quantity Surveyor – Banbury
We are working with one of the UK’s most successful privately owned called based in Birmingham, who are looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to help deliver a large scale schemes across the West Midlands.
They are based in Birmingham, cash rich and extremely busy as they have already secured 70% of 2019 turnover. The majority of the work being in the West Midlands Region you will be working on the following sectors: Commercial, High Rise Residential, Retail, Industrial, Education & Leisure values between £10m up to £80million.
My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £60m Mixed Use Retail & Leisure Development scheme in Banbury. My client are looking for a fully-fledged and capable Senior Quantity Surveyor who can take the job from start to finish and then go on to deliver other projects.

* You must have experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a Main or Regional Contractor.
* Comfortable as No.1 on site delivering projects.
* Strong client facing skills
* Ability to develop and maintain a successful relationship with clients
