The business currently operates in a number of sectors in the private market, predominantly in the Industrial, Distribution, Residential, Commercial & Retail sectors with projects now ranging from £150k to £10m.

I am working with the Commercial Manager for this business who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work in the ‘Small Works’ division based in Derbyshire. This division is varied in their workload but carries out a number of maintenance work as well Civils & Enabling works with projects ranging from £150k – £1.5m.
This is a brand-new division for this business and it was recently created in 2018. Headed up by a former Contracts Manager in the building arm of the business. The business is projecting this small business unit to turnover at peak, £5m per year.
