Edge Careers are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work for our client in London.
The role is site based on one of London’s iconic construction projects. This is an opportunity to join a close knit and high performing professional team.
Your Responsibilities as Project Quantity Surveyor will include but are not limited to:

* Change control and package variations
* Managing sub-contract orders and payments
* Valuations
* Monthly CVR’s and commercial reporting as required
* Maintain commercial control on all site costs.
As Project Quantity Surveyor you will:
-
* Have 3-4 Years post graduate experience
* Have a degree in Quantity Surveyor or similar
* Be Ambitious, driven, motivated & confident.
* Be a team player
* Strong client facing skills
* Ability to develop and maintain a successful relationship with clients
* Able to commute to site location
