One of the Midlands noted Developers are looking to recruit a Project Leader for a development in the Staffordshire area.
As Project Manager you will lead the site team, drive programme and quality standards and manage customer expectations.
The ideal applicant will hold a professional qualification, gained in the UK . You will need to be an excellent communicator and have proven experience of managing diverse teams in a high pressured and challenging environment.
It is imperative that all applicants have proven track record of managing NEW BUILD Housing schemes of 100 units or more.
