Project Manager
Residential/High Rise/Mixed Use
One of London’s most influential and multi-disciplined Contractors are looking for to recruit experienced Project Managers with extensive experience in all aspects of mixed use high rise developments.
They are looking for dedicated leaders to successfully deliver major residential led schemes with project values of £100 million+.
The ideal applicant must be degree qualified with a professional qualification, gained in the UK. You will need to be an excellent communicator and have proven experience of managing diverse teams in a high pressured and challenging environment.
It is imperative that all applicants have proven track record of managing either a major scheme or multiple large schemes running concurrently. Experience of this sort is likely to have been gained whilst working for a major contractor in a sophisticated construction environment.
Previous experience within highrise environment is essential applicants without such experience will not be considered on this occasion.
