This organisation is looking to recruit tomorrow’s leader entering into the business as the Operations Director with potential to rise to Managing Director with an equity stake.
Working alongside one of the existing founders, you will work together to not only manage the existing business, but strategically review other markets where the business can increase market penetration and share.
Ideally your career will have started in Civil Engineering and you will be currently ideally working in a SME business and looking to take that step into General Management. This organisation works with a client base where honesty and communication are truly valued that often negate the need to refer to a contract for dispute resolution.
