Electrical Manager – Aftercare/Planned Maintenance – London

The Company

My client is at forefront of delivering centralised efficient low carbon energy solutions across public/ private residential, retail and commercial sectors throughout the UK. They operate in a rapidly expanding vibrant market for Heat and Power solutions. They design, install, operate, maintain and own environmentally friendly energy generation; and distribution systems.

The Opportunity

The Planned Maintenance Division is looking for an Account Manager to join the team. You will be the 1st point of call for the engineers in your division.

The works are made up of planned maintenance for the energy centres they have installed in all their developments. This can include repairs, adjustments and remedial works for their clients which include Berkeley group, Mace, L&Q

They need someone who is client facing, energetic, wants to work in a fast passed environment where ideas take place. You will need to be open to and embrace change and innovation and your ideas will be keenly listened to.

You will be organising the engineer’s tasks, planning maintenance programmes, organising engineers’ days/weeks through the internal online function, organising quotes subcontractors, monthly reporting etc. This is a client facing position so you need to have excellent communication skills both in the office and on site. This will primarily be a site based position.

Person Specification

HNC as a minimum or relevant qualifications, plus a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role.
