About the Role
We are looking for a Design/Technical Coordinator based in the Black Country to join our team.
As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple new build residential developments. You will coordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained to allow for a programmed start on site.
In addition, you will provide support to site teams throughout the construction process.
