Requirements for the Contracts Manager
This key client are seeking a strong Contracts Manager with Aviation Construction experience and circa 16+ years of experience.
There are very strong visa restrictions on this role as it is a government defence project, applicants MUST hold a UK/EU/ USA, South African or Australian passport. Applications from other nationalities cannot be accepted due to restrictions on this role.
There is a preference for Chartered Status and a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or another Construction related qualification. Candidates without a degree qualification will not be considered for this role, as the degree is needed to attain a visa.
Experience in the Middle east is preferred but not essential as long as you can show strong contracts experience of Aviation projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a Construction Consultancy with some Main contractor experience, but as this is a key client side role, we cannot accept applications from candidates with a purely main contractor background
