Construction Site Manager

Edge Careers are seeking a Construction Site Manager for an overseas position based in Malta.
Our client are responsible for the Construction of 4 Business Towers, 15-22 storeys. Project Duration is 3 years.
Role and Responsibilities for the Construction Site Manager
Solid Site Management experience, will be essential as you will be based on site overseeing the foreman and workers.
Circa 10 years experience as a Site Manager with experience on similar mid rise projects
You will have the ability to read Construction Plans and Steel Fixing Plans and have experience of Precast and Slipform construction.
It is essential that you have strong communication skills in order to drive the workers and the project.
Understanding of JCT contracts and experience of working to construction completion timelines.
This role is for someone who likes to roll his/her sleeves up and get in the thick of it.
Fluent English language skills are essential for this role, EU Nationality is a requirement.
Preference for a single status candidate.
Salary & Benefits for the Construction Site Manager
The role is for a period of three years.
A Basic salary plus Accommodation/ Transport, provided by the company.
One flight provided per annum
24 days holiday as per Maltese Law
Monday – Friday 7am – 5/6pm Saturday – Half Day
