Our client is a noted residential developer seeking an Architectural Technician to join their established team based in the West Midlands. Working alongside an experienced technical team, you will primarily be responsible for the production of working drawings for residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
Production of house type working drawings and associated detailing
Working under the supervision of the Regional Architect
Ensuring drawings comply with current building regulations and design standards
Supporting the delivery of residential development projects through technical drawing production and coordination
Requirements
High level competence with current AutoCAD software
Appropriate architectural qualifications
Previous experience within housebuilding / residential development
Ability to produce detailed house type working drawings
Clear understanding of:
Current Building Regulations
HQIs
Lifetime Homes
Secured by Design
Code for Sustainable Homes
