What we do… Schools
We invest time listening to the needs of each school: understanding their objectives; expectations of staff both permanent and temporary; any challenges they face. Then individually matching each candidate to the need of the school, ensuring the quality of teaching and learning is never compromised.
Having worked on both sides of the fence, we know that supplying the right staff is important. Our lead consultant worked as a teacher for over 10 years, specialising in SEN and Behaviour. At the same time sitting on the Board of Governors, recruiting staff at all levels and recognises the importance of finding the right staff.
What we do… Candidates
We acknowledge that quality candidates are an asset to us. We take time to meet with you, building a personal profile of your skills, requirements and aspirations. We get to know you; building a trust that ensures you are never out of your comfort zone.
We know that communication is key. Once we have matched you to a role, we will provide you with a profile of the school, their expectations and any resources that may be useful. At the end of the first day we will check in with you to see how you settled in and if you have any questions.
