Our client are a small to medium sized multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy who now have some 50+ staff across two locations. As they continue their expansion, their next move is to open a Manchester office. They have a strong workflow across all disciplines but as with any new office opening, their need is for the pipeline to be fed and grown hence the need for work winners to take up the baton.
They see the ideal individuals as being at Principal or Senior level within their respective disciplines and will be people who have a desire to grow their own team and develop their discipline accordingly. Notwithstanding the above, existing Associates or those seeking Associate level posts should not be deterred from showing an interest.
The client are led by a very enthusiastic and progressive individual who is very supportive of those who have ideas and ambition and will always seek to support this.
Initial disciplines sought are Flood Risk, Traffic, Ecology and Drainage however this is not to exclude other disciplines such as noise, planning etc
These opportunities may well suit those who feel stifled within their existing organisation, perhaps you work for a very large consultancy or alternatively you might work in a very small organisation where there isn’t the support for some of the ambition and ideas you have.
