Building Surveyor – Truro
Our client are a strictly non corporate Construction Consultancy, with offices across the South West and South East, they specialise in Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying (EA Contracts Admin an Project Management)
They are looking to for a Chartered Building Surveyor to be based from their offices in Truro , Cornwall
This is a unique role as you will be solely responsible initially, for Building Surveying work in this office, and across the South West
Requirements for the Building Surveyor
MRICS, Chartered Status is preferred, but this client will also be open to Building Surveyors who circa 12months from chartered status
You will be responsible for delivering professional Building Surveying and project services in the area, so you will have the ability to work alone, in terms of client facing and developing business as well as knowledge of EA Contracts Administration, Project Managment, Party Wall Advice and dilapidations etc etc.
A degree qualification in Building Surveying or another construction related discipline is essential and you must have at least circa 5 +years experience as a Building Surveyor with a well known consultancy organisation.
Our clients preference would be for a candidate who is already based in the area, but we will consider candidates who wish to relocate from other parts of the UK
Salary & Package for the Building Surveyor -Truro
The successful Building Surveyor will be offered an exceptional basic salary dependent upon years of experience our client is very open on package at this time and salaries can be discussed on a case by case basis
This package for the successful Building Surveyor consists of Basic plus professional subscriptions, 3% pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, phone.
